  1. Communication Responsiveness: Businesses should respond promptly to contractor inquiries and provide necessary information and feedback throughout the task's progress.

  1. Termination and Suspension: Stulent reserves the right to terminate or suspend a client's account in the event of any violations of the terms of service, including misuse of language, disrespectful behavior, or failure to meet project obligations.

 

  1. Arbitration: In the event of a dispute between a client and a contractor, both parties agree to engage in mediation or arbitration to resolve the issue. Stulent will provide assistance in resolving disputes to the best of its ability.

 

  1. Data Protection: Stulent is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of client information. By using the platform, clients consent to the collection and use of their email addresses and business names for communication and project management purposes.
